- 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and season it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Once the meat is cooked, add the chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Mix In Quinoa or Rice: Stir in the cooked quinoa or brown rice, mixing well with the meat and vegetable mixture.
- Cool and Store: Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then divide the mix into meal prep containers.
- Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flavor.

Store in airtight containers for up to five days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
