Description

Delightful candies made with creamy peanut butter, sweet coconut, and rich chocolate, perfect for sharing during holidays and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the smooth peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well until everything is combined.
  3. Stir in the sweetened shredded coconut until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or bars, depending on your preference, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. You might need to use a fork to help lift them out of the chocolate.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated candy to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Store the candies in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.

Notes

Keep ingredients at room temperature and avoid rushing the chocolate melting process to ensure the best results.
