Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the smooth peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well until everything is combined.
- Stir in the sweetened shredded coconut until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or bars, depending on your preference, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. You might need to use a fork to help lift them out of the chocolate.
- Return the chocolate-coated candy to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
