- 2 chicken breasts (approximately 200 g each)
- 2 packs of ramen noodles (without seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet, add chopped garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, chicken broth, heavy cream, and honey (or maple syrup) to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the chicken breasts to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce for about 10-12 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the creamy sauce and mix until well-coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
