Description

A delightful dish that combines the heartiness of chicken with comforting ramen noodles, rich and creamy with flavorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (approximately 200 g each)
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles (without seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet, add chopped garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato paste, chicken broth, heavy cream, and honey (or maple syrup) to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Return the chicken breasts to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce for about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  8. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the creamy sauce and mix until well-coated.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
