Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (60ml) hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- 1–2 tbsp (15-30ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup (177ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Extra ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Brew your espresso or strongly brewed coffee and ensure it is hot.
- In your serving mug, combine the hot coffee with maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
- Heat your milk until steaming, but not boiling. Froth the milk using a steam wand, handheld frother, or by shaking in a sealed jar.
- Carefully pour the frothed milk into the mug containing the coffee mixture, holding back the foam initially, then allowing it to settle on top.
- Garnish the top of the latte with an extra sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
