Description

Fresh and zesty tacos filled with tender shrimp and a vibrant mango slaw.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Ripe mango, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with taco seasoning until well coated.
  2. Cook the shrimp in a skillet or on the grill for about 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Make the slaw by combining chopped mango, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Toss until mixed well.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side until soft.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp and mango slaw in each tortilla.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize the slaw by adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or swap shrimp for grilled chicken.
