Fresh and zesty tacos filled with tender shrimp and a vibrant mango slaw.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Ripe mango, chopped
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet or on the grill for about 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Make the slaw by combining chopped mango, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Toss until mixed well.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side until soft.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp and mango slaw in each tortilla.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Customize the slaw by adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or swap shrimp for grilled chicken.
