Description

Delicious and shareable S’more Bars combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 package mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Bake the crust for 8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust.
  7. Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For easier cutting, refrigerate the bars after cooling. Use parchment paper for easy removal.
