Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
