- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground beef, cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Let the meatloaf cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze it for up to 3 months. Avoid overmixing the ingredients to keep the meatloaf tender.
