Description

Crunchy, cheesy snacks perfect for low-carb diets, easy to make and customizable with herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: herbs like oregano or basil for flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. If you like, add herbs for extra flavor.
  3. Stir the mixture until it is well combined. The dough should be somewhat sticky.
  4. Scoop small amounts of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands if needed to shape them into small balls or flat disks.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
