Delicious and customizable loaded cheesy tacos perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Taco shells
  • Ground beef or chicken
  • Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Taco seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  3. Add ground beef or chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, then let simmer.
  5. Fill taco shells with the meat mixture.
  6. Add cheese on top of the filled taco shells.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped onions.
  9. Serve with salsa on the side.

Notes
