Description

A delicious blend of cheeseburger flavors with the comfort of pasta, topped with crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces short pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crispy)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the short pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Fry the bacon in another pan until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. Lower the heat and mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into the cooked beef.
  5. Add the drained pasta and stir until well combined, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Top with chopped bacon and stir gently. Let cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
