Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the dressing. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
  2. Whisk the ingredients well until they blend smoothly.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture, adjusting based on your taste preference.
  4. Set the dressing aside to let the flavors meld while you prepare the salad.
  5. Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  6. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the lettuce.
