Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, lemon zest, and dried lavender, mixing until combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lavender until smooth.
