Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.

  6. In the same skillet, add lemon juice and zest, then stir in the cooked pasta.
  7. Mix until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
  8. Serve pasta with sliced chicken on top, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
