Description
This lemon balm recipe ozempic style is a calming herbal infusion made with lemon balm, cucumber, mint, and optional apple cider vinegar for a refreshing wellness boost.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1.5 tbsp dried)
4 cups filtered water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
4 cucumber slices
1 sprig fresh mint (optional)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Rinse the lemon balm leaves and pat dry.
2. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat.
3. Add lemon balm and mint, steep 10–15 minutes.
4. Strain into a pitcher.
5. Stir in cucumber and vinegar.
6. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
7. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 4 days.
Freeze leftovers as herbal ice cubes.
Sweeten with honey or monk fruit if desired.
