Ingredients

- 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups pasta or rice (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add canned tomatoes or tomato sauce and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice if desired.
