- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a medium flame and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
