Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat, if necessary.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
