Description

A creamy, crowd-pleasing Knorr vegetable dip made with sour cream, mayo, spinach, and the iconic Knorr vegetable mix.


Ingredients

1 Knorr Vegetable Mix packet

1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

1 cup mayo

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts (chopped)

3 green onions (sliced)


Instructions

1. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.

2. Combine sour cream, mayo, and Knorr mix.

3. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and onions.

4. Mix well, cover, and chill for 2 hours.

5. Serve with chips or vegetables.

Notes

Replace half sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.

Add Parmesan for extra flavor.
