This ketoade recipe is a sugar-free, zero-carb electrolyte drink made to keep you hydrated, energized, and keto-flu-free. Perfect for daily hydration, workouts, or fasting.
Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
200 mg magnesium powder or capsule
5–10 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or glass.
2. Stir or shake until fully dissolved.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve over ice.
5. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.
Notes
Add cucumber, mint, or fresh berries for flavor.
Perfect during intermittent fasting.
Can be frozen into ice cubes for convenience.
