- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the diced onion and garlic until translucent in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and incorporated.
- Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

- Shred the chicken in the pot and stir it back into the chili.
