Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the keto Big Mac sauce.
- Once burgers are cooked, assemble them by placing a patty on a lettuce leaf, adding cheese, pickles, and a generous spoonful of the sauce.
