Delicious Kafta Kebabs made with a blend of spices and lean ground beef, perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 medium yellow onion (quartered)
- 1 cup fresh parsley (washed and patted dry)
- 600 grams ground beef (lean)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon seven spice (pre-mixed spice blend)
- â…› teaspoon cayenne (more to taste)
Instructions
- In the bowl of your food processor, add quartered onion and fresh parsley. Process until finely chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped parsley and onion mixture, and all spices. Mix thoroughly.
- Form the kebabs by molding the mixture around skewers, about 1 inch to 1.5 inches thick.
- Prepare your grill; preheat to medium-high and brush with oil.
- Cook the skewers for about 4 minutes on one side before turning and cooking for another 4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the meat to keep it tender. Wet your hands while shaping kebabs to prevent sticking.
