Description
This juicy pineapple heaven cake recipe uses just cake mix and crushed pineapple for a light, tropical dessert that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
Optional: 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
Whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Mix dry cake mix with entire can of crushed pineapple (do not drain).
3. Add coconut or extracts if using and stir until fluffy.
4. Pour into dish and smooth top.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and springy.
6. Cool fully before slicing and serving.
7. Top with whipped cream or fruit if desired.
Notes
Do not add eggs, oil, or water—just the dry mix and pineapple.
Great chilled or served with whipped topping.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
