Description

A delightful and colorful candy treat combining fluffy marshmallows, creamy white chocolate, and fruity gumdrops, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups red and green gumdrops, quartered and lightly dusted in powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in the mini marshmallows until fully melted and combined.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Gently fold in the quartered gumdrops.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Let sit for 2 hours to firm up.
  8. Once set, lift out using parchment overhang and cut into approximately 36 small squares to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Layer with parchment paper if stacking to prevent sticking.
