Description

A creamy, high-protein dessert combining the sweetness of gelatin with the richness of Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) package of flavored gelatin dessert (raspberry, strawberry, lime, or any favorite flavor)
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a large, heat-safe bowl, pour the flavored gelatin mix. Add boiling water and whisk for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour in the cold water and stir well to cool the mixture slightly.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Evenly pour the mixture into 4 ramekins or dessert glasses.
  5. Place uncovered in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then cover with plastic wrap and chill a total of 4 hours until firm and set.
  6. Serve and enjoy straight from the cup or with toppings like whipped cream, fresh berries, or mint.

Notes

Ensure your gelatin is fully dissolved before combining with yogurt for the best texture.
