- 2 tablespoons chili butter
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
- Ice bath: Remove the eggs from the pot and place them into an ice bath to stop cooking.
- Prepare garlic yogurt: In a bowl, mix yogurt and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make chili butter: Melt the chili butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Assemble your dish: Peel the cooled eggs, serve on a plate, top with garlic yogurt and drizzle warm chili butter. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
Control boiling time to achieve desired yolk consistency. Use slightly older eggs for easier peeling.
