Description

A delightful dish featuring soft-boiled jammy eggs topped with aromatic chili butter and creamy garlic yogurt. Perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chili butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  2. Ice bath: Remove the eggs from the pot and place them into an ice bath to stop cooking.
  3. Prepare garlic yogurt: In a bowl, mix yogurt and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Make chili butter: Melt the chili butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  5. Assemble your dish: Peel the cooled eggs, serve on a plate, top with garlic yogurt and drizzle warm chili butter. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

Control boiling time to achieve desired yolk consistency. Use slightly older eggs for easier peeling.
