Description

A fun and delicious twist on classic jalapeño poppers, this monkey bread is perfect for sharing at parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters to create small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff the biscuit pieces with the cheese filling and roll into balls.
  5. Layer the stuffed dough balls in the bundt pan and pour melted butter over them.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.
