Delicious Italian pinwheels filled with cream cheese, salami, and fresh herbs, perfect for gatherings or snacks.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 oz sliced salami
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, basil, and parsley until smooth.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced salami, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, slice the logs into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
Notes
These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
