Description

Decadent brownies featuring rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy pecans for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the pecans.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it gently with a knife.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy your decadent brownies!
