- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy your decadent brownies!
