- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon until blended.
- In another bowl, beat the two large eggs, then add the melted unsalted butter, honey, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently to combine without overmixing.
- Fold in the chopped pecans carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store the bread tightly wrapped at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
