Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until fully mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and beat well. Add melted butter, honey, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center.
  8. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
