Delicious and healthy grilled turkey burgers that are easy to make and customizable.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground turkey (75% or 80–85% lean recommended)
- ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine gently.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape them into patties.
- Refrigerate the patties if not grilling immediately.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil both sides of each patty.
- Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side without pressing down, then flip and grill for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the turkey to prevent tough burgers. Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
