Description

A delightful twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs feature rich flavors of garlic, parmesan, and melted cheese wrapped in a buttery biscuit shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef and stir well.
  4. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture until melted.
  5. Roll out each biscuit into a 1/4 inch thick round.
  6. Place 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round.
  7. Fold and seal the biscuit dough to form balls with filling securely closed inside.
  8. Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
  9. Brush with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
  10. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
