A delightful twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs feature rich flavors of garlic, parmesan, and melted cheese wrapped in a buttery biscuit shell.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned and drain excess fat.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef and stir well.
- Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit into a 1/4 inch thick round.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round.
- Fold and seal the biscuit dough to form balls with filling securely closed inside.
- Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
- Brush with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
