- 100 g Roasted Macadamia Nuts
- 100 g Crispy Pistachios
- 200 g Mini Marshmallows
- 100 g Cranberries
- 100 g Turkish Delight
- 50 g Extra Nuts
- 50 g Colorful Sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line a square baking dish (about 8 inches) with parchment paper.
- Melt the Chocolates: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk and dark chocolate. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each session until fully melted.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the roasted macadamia nuts, crispy pistachios, mini marshmallows, cranberries, and Turkish delight.
- Mix with Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate over the combined ingredients and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer and Top: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle extra nuts and colorful sprinkles on top.
- Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 120-180 minutes, or until the Rocky Road has set properly.
- Serve: Lift the Rocky Road out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares or bars.
