- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Dissolved in mixture)
- 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (Can substitute with lighter cream)
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (Gluten-free alternatives work)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Enhances sweetness)
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add in the sugar and mix until well combined.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until fully incorporated.
- Sift in the flour and salt, and fold them gently into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the top is dark brown and the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the cheesecake overnight. Do not skip the chilling step for proper texture.
