Homemade Starbucks-style iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte with chai base, milk, and frothy pumpkin cold foam.
Ingredients
2 chai tea bags
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Steep chai tea 5 mins; chill.
2. Blend pumpkin, cream, syrup, spice until frothy.
3. Fill glass with ice.
4. Pour in chai tea + milk.
5. Top with pumpkin cream.
6. Dust with spice.
Notes
Use chai concentrate for stronger flavor.
Make chai base ahead for quick prep.
Whip cream fresh each time for froth.
