Description

Fun and spooky mozzarella skulls made using mini mozzarella balls and silicone skull molds. Perfect for Halloween snacks and creepy salads.


Ingredients

Scale

1 package mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine)

1 oven-safe silicone skull mold

Paper towels for blotting moisture


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Blot each mozzarella ball dry with paper towels.

3. Place one mozzarella ball in each skull mold cavity.

4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until softened.

5. Remove from oven and gently press with the back of a spoon to fill the mold.

6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.

7. Carefully remove mozzarella skulls from mold.

8. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

Use heat-safe silicone molds only.

Make ahead and store up to 3 days.

For added flavor, toss with herbs or oil after unmolding.
