Description

A quick and flavorful meal featuring ground beef with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, served over rice or quinoa.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
  3. Add hot honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir to combine and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
