A delicious blend of spicy and sweet flavors featuring glazed chicken over quinoa with roasted broccoli.
Ingredients

- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Hot honey
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in hot honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Toss broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve the glazed chicken over quinoa with roasted broccoli on the side.
Notes
Add a splash of water or more hot honey when reheating leftovers for moisture.
