- 1 (13.25 oz) Chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (+1/4 cup for topping)
- 3/4 cup marshmallow bits (+1/4 cup for topping)
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Measure out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes.
- While the cookies are still warm, gently press additional chocolate chips and marshmallow bits on top.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before transferring them to a serving platter or storage container.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
