Description

Deliciously rich and chewy cookies that capture the essence of winter, filled with chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.25 oz) Chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (+1/4 cup for topping)
  • 3/4 cup marshmallow bits (+1/4 cup for topping)
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow bits until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Measure out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
  6. While the cookies are still warm, gently press additional chocolate chips and marshmallow bits on top.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool completely before transferring them to a serving platter or storage container.
