- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packets hot cocoa mix
- 16 ounces whipped topping
- 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing cookies into fine crumbs, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into the baking dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Make the hot chocolate cream layer by beating cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar and hot cocoa mix, folding in whipped topping, and spreading it over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding layer by whisking instant pudding with cold milk, letting it thicken briefly, and spreading it over the cocoa layer.
- Add the whipped topping layer by spreading whipped topping evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and drizzle chocolate over it.
- Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight, then slice with a warm knife.
