Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
