Ingredients

2 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp honey
1 cup cold milk
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Mix instant coffee, hot water, and honey in a bowl.
2. Whip until light and frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in milk.
4. Spoon whipped coffee mixture on top.
5. Stir lightly or sip through froth.
Notes
Adjust honey to taste.
Enjoy iced in summer or warm with steamed milk.
Store whipped mixture in fridge up to 3 days.
