Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, tossing until well coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  5. While roasting, mix honey and Sriracha in a small bowl until combined.
  6. Once roasted, drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over the Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts. Make it vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
