- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, tossing until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- While roasting, mix honey and Sriracha in a small bowl until combined.
- Once roasted, drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over the Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts. Make it vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
