- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to thicken your cheese sauce.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add in the shredded cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- In a separate pan, combine the cooked chicken with honey and black pepper; heat through.
- Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, then top with the honey pepper chicken.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
