Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
