Instructions
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately as a dinner or appetizer.
