Description
A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken or turkey sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli with a rich honey garlic glaze.

- 14 ounces chicken or turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or coat it with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets in an even layer on the prepared sheet pan.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze evenly over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Toss until all ingredients are thoroughly coated.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are fork-tender and sausage is browned.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly minced parsley before serving.
Notes
For a crispier sausage, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Substitute low-sodium soy sauce with tamari for a gluten-free option.
