Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes.
