- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the sweet potatoes in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 7-10 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Combine the roasted sweet potatoes with the sausage and honey garlic mixture in a large bowl and toss gently.
