- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated on a large baking sheet.
- Arrange the sprouts in a single layer, cut-side down, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and the edges are dark and crispy.
- Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl while the sprouts are roasting.
- Remove the sprouts from the oven and immediately drizzle with the honey balsamic mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the pan when roasting. Consider using two baking sheets if necessary.
